Raspberry Suite Color Challenge - Week 6

Just one more for today :) Had to get in on the week 6 raspberry suite challenge from Dawn McVey and decided on a wise owl graduation card. Perfect for the wise graduate...
I had fun with this cute owl from Sassafrass Lass. A couple of google eyes make this card shakable and full of fun...just perfect for a girl I know who is graduating PRE-SCHOOL! Yep, my baby is ready for the big leap to kindergarten. She's ready...it's good one of us is :)
The other stamps are from a cute Studio G set from Michaels. I love those dollar bin items!
Thank you for stopping by...
Supplies:
Paper: Papertrey Ink
Stamps: Sassafrass Lass, Studio G
Punches: CM and SU!
Scissors: Fiskars scallop
Other: ribbon (target $1 spot), google eyes and Zig brush tip marker

Dollar bins really are the best! And Mighty dangerous to my wallet! Isn't it amazing how fast a tally will rise when playing in dollar bins, whether at Michael's or Target?! Well, mine does anyways. :>

I've been really amazed at this set of colors and just how different everyone's creations have been! Love the richness of the brown here and those googly eyes are perfect! I'll bet she'll love 'em! :>

I missed this post earlier -- wow you have been busy! I tried to incorporate a Wise Old Owl on a card for Shelby but I guess it wasn't in the cards for me ... because it was in the cards for you. Just a few more hours, see you at the big graduation!

So cute! Great idea using the owl for a grafuation card! I too, love the studio g dollar stamps, they are growing in number here at my house! :) My daughter is going to Jr. High this coming year and my son is going to 3rd. Cherish each moment, it was just yesterday my oldest was going to Kindergarten. :)
