I heart {vintage} candy!

Eye candy that is! Boy do I love a good find at a thrift store! I have a couple lovelies to share today. First up is something I NEVER would have found when I was looking for that bag 'o vintage buttons BUT I was digging in a box of crazy stuff when I came upon a plastic bag full of BUTTONS! Eeek! I had to totally play it cool! LOL! I mean just LOOK at these babies! Great colors, great shapes and oh so lovely!
Could you just DROOL?? I totally dig the rainbow striped ones, and how about the peppermint candy, the red diamond and the clear with pink bling?? Did I mention the whole bag was $1.60?! Gasp! I was so excited :)

And how about some vintage postcards? A set in fact for only a dollar. Just the box itself de-lish but inside lay some real treasure.

You gotta enlarge this photo and check out the darling graphics on these postcard greetings. I am a sucker for this kind of artwork. Event he back of the postcard, the writing space, is wonderful fodder for crafting. Does anyone know the rules on scanning and using images from vintage cards? If you do or if you have a link to somewhere that does, I would be forever grateful!! I
That's it for today...stay tuned for more this week and don't forget about my blog candy drawing {here}. Entries end on thursday...
Thanks so much for stopping by!
