Just Us Girls 42 and Card Patterns 72

Hello happy papercrafters!  It's time for another Just Us Girls challenge.  This week is hosted by Andrea and she has a wonderful color challenge for us!  I am also using the Card Patterns sketch 72 this week.

Fun colors huh?  Here's the sketch...

Add those two together and a little paper from October Afternoon and Sassafrass and I made this:

Ooooh!  Do you not just love the bling from Want 2 Scrap inked up with alcohol ink plus a cutie die cut heart from the Girls Paperie???  Bling and the Girls Paperie are a match made in HEAVEN!  The paper streamer was adhered to the back of the heart die cut and then the whole thing popped up on foam tape.  Also, if you look closely, I have a zig zag stitch around the outside edge of my card.  Hallelujah!  My sewing wizard mama came over and "fixed" my sewing machine in literally one look...this ding dong was missing a thread hook when I threaded my bobbin each time!!! Doh!  Thank you MOM!  She made my day!

I hope you get a chance to make a little something this week with the Just Us Girls colors and also one very important thing......
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO OUR JUGS GIRL
If you get a chance this week, stop by Maria's blog and say happy birthday!  Also, along with the Jugs girls listed in my side bar, please be sure to stop by at Debbie Marcinkiewicz.  She is our fabulous guest designer for JulY!
