Hey Girlfriend! Let's make some cardstock buttons with style!

Hi blog friends!  Today I'm sharing a card that's perfect for the girlfriends in your world!

For those days you just want to send a smile in the mail, this vintage photo DP from Graphic45 is just the ticket.  I used none other than my favorite Want2Scrap™ bling to dress up this fun card including Nestabling™ Petite Scalloped Circle Sm Gold Rhinestones to trick out the coordinating cardstock button I made for my card.

Interested in learning how I made this vintage inspired button?  Please check out all the details over on the  Want2Scrap™ blog today to see how to make perfectly coordinated and sparkly buttons!

I also love adorning my cards with Want2Scrap™ with swirl and individual bling!

Check out the inspiration piece for my project.  Thew cardstock button looks as pretty as the real vintage button from my stash.

Another fun cardstock button making discovery...if you use a texture embossing envelope on the top layer of cardstock like I did here with a Cuttlebug "herringbone" style, you can create cool texture effects on the tops of your cardstock buttons!  Coolio!

Cardstock on the left and vintage button on the right.  Fun right?

Thanks for stopping by today and be sure to check out my post on the Want2Scrap blog to see step by step how I put my buttons together.

I love making my own buttons (and I am hoarding my Graphic 45 paper, too) but I never thought to texturize them by embossing!! You're amazing!
