Oh {joy}! It's a Christmas card!

Oh my!  I actually had a couple minutes to myself last week to just P-L-A-Y...don't you love when that happens?  I have been very into fabric flowers lately so I grabbed some felt to see what I could make!  I came up with this little poinsettia look-a-like and was just as happy as could be :)

It's quite a powerful piece so I decided it didn't need much to make it sing on this card.  I wanted the accents to be delicate so I grabbed some skinny ribbon, a "joy" stamp and the gorgeous vintage lace stamp from the Motif set from Clearly Vintage.  I stamped the lace with vintage cream ink from Papertrey.  A quick line of stickles red glitter dots and this holiday greeting is ready to go.

Joy....I just love that word.  It is many times the simple and little things that bring me joy.  Thanks so much for coming by today.  I hope your day is full of JOY!

Supplies:
Stamps: Clearly Vintage and Studio G
Flower: handmade Paper Daydream original design
Ink: Papertrey
Punch: EK Success
